Great service from MP3Car.com!

As I reported earlier, the FJ Car Computer died last week - but - I'm excited to say that I just received a call from the CEO of MP3car.com and he's offered to help get me back in service, perhaps with an even more powerful computer.  I'm impressed that the CEO would call me this late on a Friday night, and I had a great time geeking out talking about car computers.  That's customer service!

I have also had very good experiences with Adam at MP3Car.com. He stepped in a couple times during my order process (SD, BT dongle, etc) and helped to straighten things out. I was surprised to find out, later, that he was the CEO.

PS - I bet you could sell your dead T3 for spare parts for all the unfortunate T3 owners who need repairs. :-)

I always liked mp3car but this makes me like them even more. Thanks for sharing this 'feel good' story with us. I still havent built my carputer yet, still waiting on a new ride as my current nav system is integrated and would be a mess to replace.

I heard the new FJ's will have a sunroof, maybe that will entice me enough.
